Chapter 4 Overview

In addition to the design and layout work associated with building a Web page, there are some properties that are set "in the background" which affect how a Web page looks and acts. These are collectively called the page-level properties, and they are the focus of chapter 4. Below is a more detailed overview of what's covered in this chapter:
