Multimedia Cyber Classroom Urgent Technical Support Messages

If you have the PERL Multimedia Cyber Classroom, or any Cyber Classroom with a copyright date of 2001 or earlier, and you are running it on Microsoft Internet Explorer Service Pack 2 or IE6, you may experience issues running certain parts of the course. To resolve any issues you may encounter, you will need to download the ActiveX Control that will fix the Cyber Classroom.

If you are having difficulty launching the Cyber Classroom, the cause may be a defective CD. Please read our Cyber Classroom CD-ROM Issues bulletin to learn how to resolve this issue, including how to copy the data files from the CD onto your hard drive and run the product from there.

Video Training Course Urgent Technical Support Message

If you are running the Video Training Course on Microsoft Internet Explorer Service Pack 2 or IE6, you may experience issues running the QuickTime movies. You will need to upgrade your QuickTime Player with an ActiveX control to make the QuickTime player compatible with IE 5.5 SP2 or higher.

Technical Information for Elijah Lovejoy's ASP Training Course

Important Installation Note:

You may experience problems when trying to install: Elijah Lovejoy's ASP Training Course. To properly view the Training Course, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher and Apple QuickTime Player 5.0 or higher installed on your computer. These should be included on CD#1 of your Training Course. If one or both of these installers are missing from CD#1 of the Training Course, you will need to download them from the following sites:

Once you have installed the Acrobat Reader and QuickTime Player on your computer, please restart your computer and re-install the Training Course by double-clicking on the Setup.exe file located on the root of CD#1.
